How do I get rid of the “plus 7 others” when someone in my contacts calls me ? I got rid of the duplicate contacts by unchecking the other emails under groups that my contacts was pulling from but the calls still show plus 7 others. Thanks for any help you can give.

Sounds like you have multiple entries in your contacts with the same telephone number. Delete the entries so that the only one remaining is the correct one that the phone number belongs to.
