I've gone through the million steps to sign up, I get the home screen with all the show listings, but every time I try to play one, I get "Video not available... Check internet connection" Internet is fine and fast; even switched to SD in settings. It's an older Roku, but I never have a problem with any other streaming service.

Remove the app from your Roku device, restart it, then install the app and test once more. See if this has any impact on the issue.
