My mom’s iPad is disabled. She is older and does not live close by so helping her with the use of my Mac is out. I do have her apple account sign in id and password. Can I help her by accessing her account and having my iPhone or Mac receive the verification code she needs to reset her iPad?

If no, is there any other way for me to help her reset her iPad without me being present?

Thanks for all possible suggestions and solutions.

Sorry, but once an iPad is disabled, it must be erased using a computer with iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac). If your mom isn't capable of doing this on her own, she can visit an Apple Store for assistance.
