Stolen identity

Someone has taken over my iPads and iPhones. They have deleted pics.email,and other things,and they have added apps to my iPhones and iPads as well as messing with my internet and blocking my networks as well as changing my password right after I change them. Someone please help me I think I know who it is,my husband, but Of course he denies it but his name is the only name that is showing up on them it even says at times that for me to sign in to his acct with his password for appleid.so any help will be most appreciated thanks a lot
