Please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and authenticate. Once authenticated, select the Apple ID in question and find the charge posted to the account.


Be sure to also check the other Apple IDs that may be linked (i.e. if you're apart of a Family Sharing group and have Purchase Sharing enabled).


If you didn't mean to make the purchase you can file a claim from that site too and wait for it to be reviewed.
