Possible to disable the "Swipe" to Finish Word Popup That Occurs in MS Word IOS

When typing on the Apple Magic Keyboard in Microsoft Word app, Word will consistently try to finish common words or phrases for me by popping up a little box that says “Swipe”.

I've found no way to stop this behavior. Turning off "auto-correction" in both Apple's "All Keyboards" menu and the Hardware Keyboard menu makes no difference.

My google searches returns NO information which is bizarre because I’m sure I’m not the only person who is being plagued by this.

Anyone else see this? Know how to disable it?
