Why does the year on my calendar show up as Reiwa? I have gone to settings, calendar, and it is not set up Japanese, it is set on “off”. Calendar is set on Reiwa

To change the region of your calendar, does it help if you go to Settings > General > Language and Region > Calendar as seen in Change the language and region on iPhone?
