Refund of funds
I requested a refund of money that was debited from an application that I do not use or subscribe at all. Your website indicates that the refund has been issued, but the money has not yet arrived on the card!

If it's already been that long or the one used is no longer valid, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
