I get an error message when trying to send mail through icloud in the mail app on my iphone 12 pro. The message says, "The connection to the outgoing server "p60-smtp.mail.me.com" Failed.

For this issue we'll want to refresh the iCloud email server settings. To do that, you'll turn off the iCloud Mail settings, restart your iPhone, then turn the settings back on. The exact steps can be found under section "If you need help sending or receiving mail on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" Step 6, here: If iCloud Mail isn't working - Apple Support
