after factory reset of my apple watch it cannot paire and here is the message on phone every time i try to paire"this apple watch requires a newer version of ios" and there is no way i can update it because the watch can function

i was using beta on both iphone and watch but i came back to iOS 15.5 on my phone
I understand but I don't know if you got my point: even if WatchOS9 is released, how will it update since it can't connect or pair?
You'll have to wait now until WatchOS9 is release to the general public later on this year.
