About Caller ID:

For incoming calls, maybe these people have "Show My Caller ID" disabled? Contact them, and find out...

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Phone
3. Tap: Show My Caller ID

Whom to Contact:

Contact your Carrier, if you cannot get Caller ID to work. Caller ID is a service that you pay for.

See if turning off wifi and your cellular service allows you to change the Caller id setting.

Go to Settings > Mobile and turn Mobile Data off and back on.

It might be called cellular data where you live.
