iPhone Mail app Junk folder.

Cant move multiple emails to junk folder on iPhone13PM IOS 15.5.

I can on MBP MACOS 12.4.

Transferring eMails to Junk on iOS 15.5:

  1. Tap: Edit (top-right corner)
  2. Select: all the messages to move (using the radio button on the far-left of each message)
  3. Tap: Move (bottom-middle on screen)
  4. Tap: Move [#] Messages... (first item-up from bottom of screen)
  5. Tap: Junk
  6. All should transfer.

Report back if this works...You may need items in it.


Getting Junk Not Greyed-Out on iOS 15.5:

  1. Open: a mailbox
  2. Tap: Edit (top-right corner of screen)
  3. Select: the [messages/senders] name to transfer to junk
  4. Tap: Mare (bottom-left corner of screen)
  5. Select: "Move to Junk"
  6. See if it then no longer greyed-out
