I am going to buy a second-hand iPhone 11 from the market but it is locked to Ee So the first question is can I unlock it to ANY SIM CARD after I buy it? and the second question is how I can tell that the phone is original from Apple and not fake
1 = No. Only Ee can unlock it, if you're eligible.
2 = Check it's Serial or IMEI number here:--> checkcoverage.apple.com

the serial number and IMEI are correct but they might steal it from another new apple 11
last time i bought headphones but they were fake (I did check the Serial number through)
