You can reset your password on your Mac.


But before you do, you might have included a password hint when you set up your Mac. Try entering your password incorrectly a few times and see if your password hint displays. Entering your password incorrectly may also display a password reset button on your lock screen.


Also, make sure you do not have a CAPS LOCK key pressed.
