How to get refund for game if doesn’t work?
I purchased n.o.v.a 3 game from App Store but it doesn’t work, it says to touch the screen to continue but when the screen it touched the game quits.
It would seem that particular purchase is not eligible for a refund.

Do note, as per the terms of service of the App Store, Apple is under no obligation to grant you a refund.
