How to update macOS from 10.13.6 to the latest version?

Hi,

I'm unable to update my macOS to the latest version. My Macbook's current version is "10.13.6". I can't see any "Software Update" option in the "Updates" tab in "App Store", and there isn't any "Software Update" option available in the "System Preference".

Please let me know how I can resolve this issue. :(

Thanks!

MacBook, macOS 10.13
