Hi I need to reset my apple ID however I no longer use the telephone number I setup 2FA with .Please help

You can receive or generate a 2FA verification code on any of your other Trusted Devices if they are accessible.

Alternatively, you can have the code set to one of you pre-designated Trusted Numbers by clicking "Didn't receive Code."

If those options aren't viable in your particular situation, you'll need to follow Apple's Account Recovery process.
