AirPods 2. gen
4E71 version came to me with a mic problem my voice is now muffled but really really muffled does anyone have this problem like me and also sometimes its not muffled so its probably not physical.

Be sure to check to see that the device you're pairing the AirPods with is fully up-to-date. If it's an iOS device then this page can help with that, if needed: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
You may also try using the AirPods one at a time, to see if the microphone issue is specific to one of them, or if both experience the same issue.
