You can do it:

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.

Go to “Find a store” on the Apple website or the Apple store near you website.

Click on “See available services”

Scroll down to “Support”

Drop-in Genius Bar support

Limited drop-in Genius Bar support

Genius Bar by appointment

Click on “Make a Genius Bar reservation >@
