You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.

Make sure you turn off Find My Phone before signing out of the old ID. Once signed out and Find My Phone is off, then sign in with the new ID, then turn Find My Phone back on.

Not sure how you noticed you were hacked and what devices this concerns, but I would advise you to use a clean device and immediately change your password(s) on the Apple site and use 2FA/MFA if you were not using that before.

If you are reusing passwords on different sites, don’t. Change passwords that are the same to unique ones and use a password manager for example - and again: use 2FA/MFA where possible.

Not sure if you use default passwords on your routers/WiFi/firewalls/switches etc, but change those too, in case of.


After doing that, a hacker should not have access anymore to your network or accounts (I doubt if your phone was hacked for example, unless you have rooted it).

Then, depending on the device, the best thing to do is backup data if you haven’t done that before and reset/reinstall your devices. My experiences with cleaning software is not good when it comes to cleaning after infection/hacks.


This is the best I could do for now, since your questions doesn’t contain a lot of information.
