Can’t reset my screen time password.

I forgot my screen time password and and I cant reset my phone or remove my apple id from it and it doesn’t show the forgot screen time password option. What should i do?

There are two passcodes; Lock Screen Passcode and Screen Time Passcode.

Note: If you restore from a backup then the Screen Time Passcode will be back on your device.
