Scroll to the right in the menu bar... to the "three dots" button and tap there

Re-add Memojis and Memojis Stickers"

Wondering which Mac / Mac OS, or iPhone or iPad iOS version you are using for iMessage:.

Eg: If you can't see the icon, you may need to update to a more recent version.

That looks like the Memoji button:

You would generally see it when in a conversation on iPhone, as shown in your screen shot.

Or

If on a Mac ... you would need to click the button shown here below in order to see it_____________________________________________
