? you do not say what iPhone what iOS....

Have you restarted... and compared your results

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

Settings>general>reset>reset network settings.

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
