Update Payment Information glitch

Hi there. I recently had an issue with an old card on my Apple ID payment information. I have now rectified, added a new card and also my PayPal details but the message keeps appearing. The details are all correct and this seems to be a glitch. Can you advise how to remove it please? Thanks!

Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting, and signing back in to see if that helps?
