Gift Card Not Working

When i try to redeem it it don't work the code it show a error message which is cannot redeem code the code entered is not valid which mean please fix the card of activating it of making the code able to work of it not showing that message when i try to redeem it.

i mess up shouldn't show a screenshot of the gift card i'm talking about can you fix it by activating it please activate it.

Are you able to fix the card or over here the community able to fix it i try fixing it by calling you guys and the chat.
