Does restoring the iPad delete all the data in it
if I restore my iPad will all the memories inside of it (like pictures, games, notes, etc.) be deleted?

Yes.
A Restore to Factory Settings will erase all data from the iPad. However, you can restore your data from an existing iCloud or iTunes Backup - therefore losing nothing. So, to preserve your data, simply ensure that that you have created a backup before performing a reset/restore:
