It doesn't matter.

If you have the 5 watt power adapter and cable from an older iPhone, you can use those.

The adapter commonly used with the USB-C to Lightning cable that comes with the iPhone 13 Pro is Buy 20W USB-C Power Adapter - Apple but you can use any other including larger adapter such as a MacBook Pro 96 watt. See: Fast charge your iPhone - Apple Support

It doesn't make any difference but the 20W is the one most commonly used. The 20 watt adapter is 1/2 the price and does exactly the same job. The phone doesn't draw any more power than it was designed to.
