My account is disabled in the app store and itunes. Unable to download or update apps. I have turned phone off, signed out and then back in, everything.apps

I am unable to download/ update apps. The message I get is that "Your account has been disabled in the app store and itunes". I have turned off my phone, then back on again, signed out of my appleid then back in again. I cannot figure out what to do.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15
