I have a medical App, Tandem T-Connect, that requires Face ID to be turned on in order to function with all important features. However, the app is not populating in my list of Apps in Settings>Face ID & Passcodes, so I am unable to turn it on. How do I troubleshoot this issue?

You would log onto the app first with your credentials, then you're given the option to use face id. IF that doesn't happen for you then contact the app developer or look at their support site.

At the bottom of Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Other Apps appears this important message:
”Apps that have requested to use Face ID for authentication will appear here.”
Be certain you have taken the steps within the medical app to start the process of using Face ID.
APP doesn't appear on Face ID & Passcodes
