How do I remove an active subscription in file

My subscription expired and I’m trying to remove the payment method and it’s telling me there is an active subscription in file

Check if you have another active subscription.

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement

If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement – Apple Support (UK)

 

Do you have iCloud subscription?

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.
