MacBook Pro Camera Issue

Camera does not work. Green light comes on but no camera. I have tried all apple prescribed fixes to no avail. Now what?

Hi,

Try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports camera related error(NDC001, NDC003 to NDC006).

Did you manage to fix it ?

I’m facing the same issue and this is my diagnose of the issue.

Does the camera issue starts when you put your mac to sleep and when use it after waking it up you have issue with the camera. if yes then this happens when macbook goes to sleep mode and when you use it the camera crashes.

Possible temporary solution:

Did you try to turn it off and leave it for maybe an hour and and the turn it on again and try the camera.

Do update me if you fixed the issue and if not try the mentioned solution.
