kernel panic

Just need some help with constant kernel panic. Happens when putting to sleep mostly but also sometimes during normal use. Occurs both when connected to Usb devices and when not. I guess it may be some old software or something running in the background causing the panic. Too many programs to eliminate. Using a 2018 13 inch i5 MacBook Pro with OS 12.5. 

Any ideas from the most recent crash report?
