Different payment methods per iPhone.
I know you can’t separate out apps to different cards, but can I have different payment methods assigned to different iPhones? My wife’s gaming addiction is out of hand.

Uses your own Apple ID, 1 iPhone your Apple ID and the other iPhone your wife's Apple ID.
Link each Apple ID to a payment method.
You cannot link one credit / debet card to two Apple IDs.
