Hi guys
whenev my phone was low on storage I would store my photos on iCloud and remove them on my phone. But today when I check my iCloud photos they are gone. I have 92 photos on my photos and on iCloud it says 223 photos yet ‘restoring from iCloud photos ‘ in my library says 323 photos. How can I restore the lost photos on my iCloud ? And when it says “restoring from iCloud” does it mean it will restore all my photos?

If you have iCloud Photo Library on it’s not a backup it’s designed to sync only. If you delete from one device it is also deleted from iCloud and all other devices with it on. This is explained further under “How iCloud Photos works“ at Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
