Yes, you can, though you would need to change AC outlet connector, need to get Apple World Travel Adapter kit.

MagSafe 3 is only a connection to USB-C though. If you could find an adequate USB-C power adapter locally that should be fine. The power adapter that came with your Mac should be able to handle any AC power source in the world with a change of the "duckhead" to the one compatible locally. The world travel kit was suggested, but it might also be possible to purchase a single one for the local outlets. It's also possible to chain it with an additional passive adapter, although that can be awkward.
