Automatic Cracks on display of Macbook Air M1

Is there anyone having issues with the Display of Macbook Air M1 without your macbook being physically harmed ....

In my case I had put my macbook open for downloading some files and suddenly I see my macbook's display getting flickered and within few seconds I also see some internal cracks on the display which are not visible on the screen but inside the display..

Though its just been 5 months of purchasing the MacBook and I'm not getting the coverage for the display. I was blamed by the technicians of the service center that I must have done something wrong with it. I'm totally terrified with the after sale services and guidelines for the coverage.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.2

Hi,

I had the similar issue. The display screen had a crack from inside and top body has no scratches. Even the technician of Genius Bar was shocked how it happened and blamed me for providing excessive force to the screen. Which is quite strange that excessive force damage the screen from inside but not from outside. Since it was out of warranty. Apple charged 735$ for the replacement.
