apple watch pairing problem

how can I pair my apple watch to my iphone 6plus. I tried many times to pair my apple watch to my iphone 6plus but it always appeared unpairing my device.

If it's a recent watch then you require an iphone 6s or higher running ios15 or higher,your phone will only update to ios12.5.5.
