how can you disable unauthorized family sharing

In what way was this "unauthorized"? The only way to disband a group entirely is if you are the Organizer, otherwise you leaving a group is just on your own behalf. If another person set it up then there is nothing you can do unless you have access to the account of the Organizer that set it up. See the link that turingtest2 provided.
