Siri on your HomePod mini can play from your unhidden purchase history with the iTunes Store, or your iCloud Music Library if you have a subscription to either Apple Music or iTunes Match. You can AirPlay to the HomePod from either of your iOS devices. See Use AirPlay to stream audio - Apple Support.
