Activities don’t sync with health app

It's about one month that my workouts won't sync with the health app on my iPhone! I didn't have this issue two months ago and after I did my workout, it synced with my iPhone in a second. now there aren't any new synced activities on the health app!

Plus, around one month ago, I tested the ios16 public beta, after some weeks I downgraded it to 15.6 again, and because of that, I reset my iPhone to a new It's about one month that my workouts won't sync with the health app on my iPhone! I don't know what happened to my iPhone and my watch?
