Apple Pay
Added cards to Apple Pay, but verification won’t complete for one card. Signed out of Apple ID and signed in again. Same problem, one card won’t complete verification. No problem with the provider account. Any suggestions

No idea about that, unless that specific card is not accepted/valid for Apple Pay.
