Apple Business Manager - 2017 Apple MacBook Pro

I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) and was wondering is it possible to have it enrolled into Apple Business Manager manually ? The MacBook doesn't have Apple silicon or a Apple T2 Security Chip so I'm unable to add it via Configuration Manager.
