How do I get 3 sections in my footer in Pages? It's just one big box at the mo but I need to put in 3 bits of info.

A segmented header/footer is the default for new documents created in Pages v5 thru current (v12.1).

Word documents, and those created by Pages versions older than the preceding version range, or even those exported from that version range as Pages 09 documents, or Word .docx — lack segmented footers, as none exist in those document formats.

If you want a segmented header/footer, you will need to copy the contents of the document presenting a single footer into a new Pages blank document from that version range.
