Payment Issue with iTunes

I did ios 15.6 update and now my payment is declined and I'm not able to edit or update payment method, it blocking my iCloud storage purchase

It was working until last week and now it is not, I reckon, it is bug on the last ios version.


I'm trying to remove my previous card, it is not getting removed

I had my new card, it is not getting added

I have tried changing the payment method from card to paypal, it is not working


After multiple try, Error: I'm getting is "Expiration dates cannot be in the past. The credit card expiration year must be between 2022 and 2042. Security code is invalid."


Note: my card expire year is between 2022 and 2042, still it is getting added.


I'm sure what has been changed in past few days, as I was using the same payment method for past 12 years.
