Call forwarding option missing from Settings

My iPhone 13Pro (iOS 15.6) and my wife's have no option for Call Forwarding. If I search in the box at the top, it lists the feature but it isn't there. How do I get it restored?

Not all carriers support controlling that from the settings on the phone.
