I had a different iCloud account on a different iPhone with my same phone number.
I had a different iCloud account on a different iPhone with my same phone number.
There can only ever be one iCloud account linked to a phone number as a Phone number can only be linked to one Apple ID at any given time.
You can log in to https://appleid.apple.com with your Apple ID and see if the number appears as a Reachable At option under Personal Information.
