The 2018 MBP models do not include SD card slots.

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) - Technical Specifications (AU)

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) - Technical Specifications (AU)

However, SD cards CAN be interfaced to that model w/ an adaptor:
