Can I unlock my iPad from my iPhone?

basically a while ago my ioad stopped working and i tried to reset the password but it didnt it just stopped working and i couldnt remember the password so i sent it to get fixed and they did but this time i updated the ipad and it also stopped working and the apple id is for the shop that i fixed it in and the shop is very far away from where u live but my question is since my ipad is connected to my iphone an i unlock it from my iphone? thank you

Not if the Apple ID is from the shop that fixed the iPad. The shop needs to remove the Apple ID.


Another option is to have Apple remove the ID, but it takes some time for them to do that. If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID  if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it. 


Request additional support for unlocking your device.    -
