Why is my service not working

Had a new screen installed and my data will not work unless I am connected to WiFi

Who installed it? If it was Apple, take it back and let them know, they will make it right.

If it was a third party repair shop, they may have damaged something when they replaced the screen. Take it back and ask them to repair it correctly.
