You can't. There is no production version available to the public that will run on a M1 Mac.

If you sign up for the Microsoft Insider Program you may be able to get a pre-release version of Windows Arm that may run in a virtual machine.

Ask Microsoft. This is their decision. Presently, your options are running unsupported as was mentioned above, or will involve running Windows hosted remotely, or running Windows x86-64 (slowly) in a virtual machine with an emulator such as UTM (based on QEMU) (if that can be licensed, and can be stable enough for your needs), or replacing the MacBook Air.
